No. given in the margin a sum of Rs. 7.50 crores has been utilized
during 2006 - 2007 for the purpose for which it was sanctioned and that the
balance of Rs. ________________remaining unutilized as on __________________is
being utilized during the last quarter.

Certificate under RSVY 2nd Instalment sanctioned during the current
financial year 2005 – 2006 by Planning Commission, Government of India for
Lawngtlai District amounting to Rs. 7.50 Cr. had been utilized during 2006 –
2007 for the purpose for which it was sanctioned.
Further, I have the honour to request you kindly to countersign on the body of
Utilisation Certificate and send a copy to Planning Commission, Government of
India for favour of release of 3rd Instalment for Lawngtlai District
under RSVY schemes.
