during 2006 - 2007 for the purpose for which it was sanctioned and that the

Lawngtlai District amounting to Rs. 7.50 Cr. had been utilized during 2006 –
2007 for the purpose for which it was sanctioned.
Further, I have the honour to request you kindly to countersign on the body of
Utilisation Certificate and send a copy to Planning Commission, Government of
India for favour of release of 3rd Instalment for Lawngtlai District
under RSVY schemes.
